HOW CAN GET A BIRD’S EYE VIEW OF THE WEB PORTAL FROM THE TRAVEL OPERATOR’S PERSPECTIVE?

It is very easy to get a bird’s eye view of the web portal from the dashboard by getting information about:

  • Total number of current rides
  • Total number of upcoming rides
  • Total number of end rides
  • Total number of cancel rides.

DO I HAVE THE OPTION TO ASSIGN DIFFERENT ROLES TO CONCERNED PEOPLE WORKING UNDER ME?

Yes, under “Privileges”, you will have the option “Role Management” which will assist you in adding specific roles to concerned people like:

  • Desk Executives
  • Accountants
  • Sales and marketing professionals

CAN I ADD PERMISSIONS IN THE TRAVEL WEB PORTAL?

Yes, under “Privileges”, you would be able to add new permission for each and every role by clicking on “+ADD” tab besides “LIST OF PERMISSION”.


IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO CREATE A PACKAGE FOR A SPECIFIC TRIP?

Yes, the Master’s Management section helps the Travel Operator to create package for the trip including:

  • Add Car
  • Add Driver
  • Assign Driver
  • Source Destination
  • Expense Category
  • My Packages
  • Invoice Template.

HOW CAN I ADD A NEW CAR?

To add a new car, the Travel Operator needs to click on “ADD” next to “LIST OF CARS”. The Travel Operator would be able to view the car added including:

  • Car Type
  • Car Model
  • Car Number
  • Year
  • Seating Capacity
  • Action (including edit and delete)

HOW TO SEE THE STATUS OF CARS?

Travel operator will have to select From and To date and Car Type and then hit “Search”. Then he/she will be see all the cars:

  • That have been booked – Red color
  • That are in buffer time – Blue color
  • That are available – Green color

WHAT IS OFFLINE HANDLING?

The Travel Operator will have option to handle the trip offline through this option.


WHAT IS PREBOOKING?

Through this section, the Travel Operator will be able to pre-book a car and see the list of pre-booked cars


WHO ALL CAN BE ADDED AS USERS BY THE TRAVEL OPERATOR?

Desk executives, accountants, sales and marketing representatives can be added as users by the travel operator.


HOW TO DO USER MANAGEMENT?

Through this section, The Travel Operator will also be able to add users by clicking on “ADD” tab besides “LIST OF USERS”. He/she will also be able to see the following things of the users:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Mobile No.
  • User Role
  • Status (Active or inactive)
  • Action (editing or deleting the information).

WHAT IS THE USER LOG HISTORY?

The Travel Operator will be able to see the activities of the users using this portal through the User Log History, including:

  • Login By
  • Login Datetime
  • Logout Datetime
  • Role

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT MANAGEMENT WORKS?

Through this section, Travel Operator would be able to manage payments received for each trip.

HOW WILL I REGISTER ON THE APP?

Provide your car number and password along with IMEI number of your device to register as a driver.


HOW WILL I BE ABLE TO VIEW TRIPS?

You will be able to view trips by clicking on “View Trips” tab. Here, you will also be able to see the current, past and upcoming trips assigned.


HOW WILL I BE ABLE TO START TRIP?

It is very easy to start the trip by clicking on start button under the “View Trips” tab and enter the start km.


IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO ADD EXPENSES FOR A PARTICULAR TRIP?

Yes, you will be able to add and view current expenses for a particular trip made during the journey by adding it through the “Expenses” tab.


HOW WILL I END A PARTICULAR TRIP?

When the trip ends, you need to click on “End Trip” and then enter end km, toll-tax expenses and parking expenses in blank spaces.


IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO CANCEL A TRIP?

As a driver, you will not be able to cancel a trip. However, you can request for cancellation of a trip to Travel Operator. You can do this by going to the “Cancel” tab and select the particular trip and click on “Cancel booking”.

AM I NEEDED TO PAY AS TO COMPLETE MY SIGN-UP PROCESS?

No, there is no payment involved in the sign-up process for the customers.


HOW SOON CAN I START USING BEEP FEED APP?

Once the app is downloaded, it can be used.


I FORGOT THE PASSWORD OF THE APP. NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In case, you forget the password to access the app, you can submit your registered mobile number and receive OTP which needs to be entered to update the new password.


HOW CAN I GET THE INVOICE FOR MY RIDE?

Invoice would get generated through the app itself immediately after finishing the trip. You can get it through mail as well.


HOW CAN I REQUEST BOOKING FOR A CAR?

It is very easy to request booking for a car through the beep Feed app by tracking live driver from near about area.


IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO RATE THE TRIP?

Yes, you would be able to write reviews for the City wise TRAVEL OPERATORS, CAR & DRIVERS and provide their ratings and remarks.


CAN I SHARE MY LIVE TRIP DETAILS TO CLOSE RELATIVES, FAMILY MEMBERS OR FRIENDS?

Yes, you would be able to share your live trip with close relatives, family members or friends using the Emergency Contact feature. You would be able to add a maximum of 5 contacts.
